Move (Japanese band)

Move is a two-headed Japanese music group of producer T- Kimura ( née: Takashi Kimura (木村 贵志); born January 25, 1968). The group consists of Yuri (born Yuri Masuda (益田 佑 里), born February 22, 1977) as a singer and Motsu ( née: Mototaka Segawa (瀬 川 素 公); born 22 May) as a rapper.

In 1996, after the end of T- Kimura's previous project Favorite Blue, he formed the band move. 1997 was the first single Rock It Down. The band was formed with the following single Around the World known that was used in the anime Initial D. 2005, the Group changed the spelling of her name by pasted between the letters one point each. In the same year a tour began in the USA. She also appeared in Virginia at the anime convention Anime USA ( AUSA ). The band is currently in the label avex under contract. In 2007, the band in Kassel at the Connichi its European premiere.

Move is probably best known for the mix of rock, rap, electro, metal and many other genres in their music. move are also well known for the use of their songs as the title and closing credits for the initial D. Series They also provided the theme music for the anime series Ikki Tousen with their song Drivin ' Through the Night, as well as the closing credits for the anime Final Fantasy Unlimited, Romancing Train and the credits for the game Dynasty Warriors 2

On December 2, 2008 T- Kimura declared on the official website that he would be focused in the future more on production than on the performances. On April 10, 2009 MOVE occurred with DJ T- Tashiro during the anime convention Kamikazecon II in Houston, where the group explained that T- Kimura would no longer be with move on stage.
