Mozilla Europe

Mozilla Europe, often mozilla- europe.org, is an association that seeks to distribution and marketing, and the development of Mozilla products. The headquarters are located in Paris.

History

On 17 February 2004 announced Mozilla contributors and the Mozilla Foundation, the nonprofit organization that Mozilla Europe by Peter Van der Beken and Tristan Nitot was founded. The aim of the organization was originally the recruitment of users and developers in Europe, especially for the then widespread mainly in North America web browser Mozilla 1.6. Mozilla Europe should also serve for businesses and administrations as a local contact for the implementation of enterprise-wide deployment. Originally Mozilla Europe was in four languages ​​with German, English, French and Spanish.

Developer Diary

One object of Mozilla Europe is that - to plan developer days in Europe and Mozilla perform - usually two days. These conferences are public.
