Mswati II.
Mswati II (also known under the name Mswazi, Mavuso or Mdvuso ) (* 1820, † 1868) was 1840-1868 King of Swaziland.
Mswati II was equally the eponym of Swaziland. He is referred to by the anthropologist Hilda Kuper as "the greatest of the contending kings of Swaziland ". Swaziland achieved the greatest territorial expansion under his reign. He was the son of Sobhuza I. and married to Tsandzile Ndwandwe who ruled after his death.
