Her style converts ( e) to each album, as well as their styling is slowly removed from the Visual Kei and was normal, since so Tatsurou in an interview that the makeup does not fit with the songs and the music stand without visual aids.

Music

Generally, one can the music of MUCC as melodic, emotive hard rock, who will be assigned to due Tatsurous variable and expressive voice of a traditional Oriental manner. Some songs have in some places on reggae and blues strikes, others go in the direction of Thrash Metal.

Striking is the melancholy and longing that comes to light especially in their more melodic songs. Miya and Tatsuro are the main songwriter, individual songs, however, were written by the other members. Take in relation to depression, despair, fear, world-weariness, love and friendship. Some lyrics are about their dislike of the Japanese society of the present. They have dedicated the song Tokyo Akasen that is not just influenced positively.

On the album Gokusai to MUCC show to date their multi-faceted side. It's a wild mix of styles, which is difficult to classify. So some of the songs sound as if they come from Homura Uta- times, while others the modern style of MUCC ( as on the album 6) show. Gokusai includes among others the styles of reggae and pop, which is a proof of MUCC is probably unrivaled versatility.

On the album Shion come first electronically distorted instruments and synthesizers used and thus the four band members present a new and modern Club page. In return, there are as usual also "harder" songs on the album.

2010 takes the band on their first concert of the year at NHK Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo, where they present their brand new especially in terms of stylistic and show- gravid appearance. After this concert already Announcements for future releases and tour dates have been made, the band announced the title of the single in May. The song named " Yakusoku ", will be the opening song for the anime "閃光のナイトレイド/ Senkou no Naitoreido ".

Then Karma was released in fall 2010. This album was now compared to the last album, again very electronic, but not to the dull way Shion. But as usual for MUCC, various genres were mixed. So on the CD in addition to electro -heavy songs ( FALLING DOWN, Zeroshiki, Chemical Parade Blueday, Freesia ) ballads (A., Polaris, Hane ), but also a jazz- flavored song ( Daraku ) or faster, harder numbers with brass instruments (Circus, Lion ) back.

After 15 - years jubilee in 2012 was followed in August a re-release called Aishuu no Antique, which included the two classic Aishuu and Antique.

In November 2012 was followed by almost two years Shangri -la, the successor of karma. While the singles " Arcadia Feat. DAISHI DANCE" and " Nirvana" therefore came rather in the style of karma, it was this time less electronically and MUCC rely on the usual eclectic mix of genres. The song "MOTHER " was even used as the ending for the anime "Naruto", while " 21st Century KyoranKyosho ~ baby ~ " was used for a horror movie called " Fuan no Tane ".

This album followed in 2013, the singles " HALO " and "World 's end" who continue the musical development.
