Much Birch

Much Birch is a village and Civil Parish in Herefordshire, England, between Hereford and Ross-on- Wye. For Parish consists of the villages of Kings Thorn, Much Birch and parts of Wormelow.

The Parish of Much Birch in Herefordshire is located in the middle between Hereford and Ross-on- Wye. It stretches about two miles of the A49 along a vielbefahrende remote road leading from the border to South Wales in the North West of England.

The church of St Mary and St Thomas of Canterbury was built in 1837 by Thomas Foster. The ceiling of the chancel is painted with cherubs looking over clouds.
