Mueang Lamphun District

Amphoe Mueang Lamphun ( in Thai: อำเภอ เมือง ลำพูน ) is a district in the province of Lamphun in the northern region of Thailand

Management

Amphoe Mueang Lamphun is in 17 communities ( tambon) divided, further in 158 villages ( Muban ) are divided.

The city ( Mueang thesaban ) Lamphun Tambon Nai Mueang covers the whole.

There are also three small towns ( Tambon thesaban ): U- Mong and Rim Ping consist of parts of the tambon same name. Ban Paen consists of parts of tambon Ban Paen and Nong Nam.

There are also 12 " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations).
