Mumbai International Film Festival

Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short Film and Animated Film is a 1990 that takes place in the Indian city of Mumbai in the biennial rhythm Film Festival. It is organized by the Films Division, part of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. In international competition, prices ( Golden and Silver Conches ) awarded by a total of 2.7 million rupees in various categories by a jury. In addition, retrospectives are held on selected national and international documentary filmmakers.

The 10th festival was held from 3 to 9 February 2008 at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Mumbai.
