Mundelsheim is a municipality in the district of Ludwigsburg, about 30 km north of Stuttgart and 20 km south of Heilbronn, located on the Neckar. It belongs to the metropolitan region of Stuttgart.

Geographical Location

Mundelsheim lies on a bend of the river Neckar and between Hessigheim Pleidelsheim at an altitude 182-334 meters.

History

Around the time of Christ's birth around the Neckar valley populated by the Celts. With the Roman invasion, the area was incorporated into the Roman Empire. Nicholas Church

Historical Guided tour

The historical town tour with 24 objects in the center and other attractions in the outdoor area provides an insight into the history of the place.
