The Musselshell River is a tributary of the Missouri River in Montana in the United States.
Geography
The river was first explored in 1804 during the Lewis and Clark Expedition. It rises in the territory of the Crazy Mountains in central Montana and ends after about 470 kilometers in the Fort Peck Lake.
