Muzammil H. Siddiqi

Muzammil H. Siddiqui (Arabic مزمل صديقي; born 1943 in India) is a scientist and a professor of Islamic law. He is a lecturer ( adjunct professor ) of Islamic Stucien at Chapman University in Orange, California. He is the former chairman of the Fiqh Council of North America ( Fiqh Council of North America ) in the United States of America.

He received his training at the Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow, India. He graduated in 1965 at the Islamic University of Medina in Saudi Arabia in Arabic and Islamic Studies, his MA in theology he received from the University of Birmingham in England and his Ph.D. in Comparative Religion from Harvard University in the United States.
