MV Bill (actually Alex Pereira Barbosa, born January 3, 1974 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian rapper.
Life
MV Bill grew up in Rio de Janeiro slum Cidade de Deus. He never betrayed his real name - Alex Pereira Barbosa he used only as a pseudonym. Before he moved to rap, he was already composing a Samba for a samba school. Later he went to the initials MV ( Mensageiro because Verdade - ambassadors of truth ) to.
