The Regent Sky was an unfinished cruise ship that was in 1979 appointed as Stena Baltica for Stena Line.

History

The ship was ordered in 1979 by the Stena Line as the fourth in a series of four identical vessels. After there had been various problems with the shipyard, canceled Stena Line in 1986 to build, as the Stena Baltica should get going. Parts of the ship under construction were dismantled and sold various equipment and machine parts.

In 1989, the shell of the ship at Regency Cruises in Greece was sold. Regency Cruises wanted to rebuild the ship, a cruise ship Regent Sky. After some work on the ship in the launch of the still unfinished vessel was held in June 1990. The ship was towed to Greece, where it should be completed by the Avlis shipyard in Perama. After Regency Cruises had its business operation in 1995 set the finished about 60 percent of the ship was taken over by the National Bank of Greece in late 1996. The shell was then sold several times and went in July 2011 to a Turkish scrap yard.
