My Name Is Rachel Corrie

My Name Is Rachel Corrie is a play by Alan Rickman and Katharine Viner from the year 2005. It is based on the diaries and letters of Rachel Corrie. It focuses on the work Corrie in Gaza and their experiences there. The piece was premiered at the Royal Court Theatre in London, directed by Rickman in 2005 and won several British theater awards including Theatregoers ' Choice Awards for Best Director, Best New Play and Best Solo Performance for actress Megan Dodds. The piece has been listed later in the Playhouse Theatre in London, and in a number of theaters in several countries. It is also published in book form.

The German version was on 8 April 2008 Rachel Corrie is broadcast with Birgit Minichmayr in the lead role for the first time as a radio play My Name.
