MyCargo Airlines (formerly ACT Airlines) is a Turkish cargo airline based in Istanbul.
History
ACT Airlines was founded in 2005. It operates international charter cargo flights and ACMI, wet lease and dry lease service. Early 2012 took over the Chinese Hainan Airlines a stake in the company. In this context, the Company received the name myCargo Airlines, at the same time an expansion of the fleet was announced.
Fleet
As of July 2013, the fleet of MyCargo Airlines consists of two cargo aircraft:
- 3 Boeing 747- 400F (1 operated for Magma Aviation and 2 operated for Saudia )
Incidents
- On March 1, 2010, an Airbus A300 of the then ACT Airlines crashed with the registration TC -ACB from Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. On landing, the left main landing gear collapsed. All occupants survived unharmed.
