MyFerryLink

MyFerryLink is a 2012 founded as a cooperative ferry company, which emerged from the bankruptcy of the former SNCF subsidiary SeaFrance. It operates since August 2012, the two Ro-Ro ferry Rodin and Berlioz and the ro-pax ferry Nord Pas -de- Calais is a ferry service between Calais and Dover. MyFerryLink offers passengers a day, up to 16 crossings between Dover and Calais and additional freight crossings.

The employees on board the ships are all MyFerryLink member of workers' cooperative - a Société coopérative et participative ( Scop ). The latter is the operator of ferry service between the UK and France. The UK Competition Commission has ruled on June 6, 2013 that euro tunnel which has chartered the three MyFerryLink - ships to the Scop, the ferry from Dover no longer allowed to operate. Euro Tunnel has appealed against this decision and the ferry is operated as usual.
