Myson of Chenae

Myson of Chen (Greek: Μύσων ὁ Χηνεύς, also Chenai ) was added to the list of seven ways instead of Periander, of Plato, first appears only in an archaic fable. The Oracle of Delphi should have pointed to his wisdom.

The few traditions to Myson read: " Chilo traveled to visit Myson to the village of Chen. He met him, as he addressed the plow in the summer, and said to him: " Oh Myson, now is not the season to plow! ». " In fact ," replied Myson, "but it is the best time to prepare the plow " ". ( Freely translated: " Plan ahead !")
