Nachtflug

Nighttime is the seventh studio album by the Austrian singer Falco. It was published in 1992.

Background

The album was produced - after the heavy commercial flop of Data de Groove - again by the Dutch producers Bolland & Bolland. They produced eight of the ten tracks on the album. The first single Titanic rose in the charts high. The album Night Flight was then number 1 in the album charts of Austria. Furthermore, it was still Dance Mephisto which could be proved in the Austrian charts published. It then got even in Austria in 1993 the promotional single Monarchy Now get out, which was scheduled for radio airplay.

In 1994, Falco completed within the 800 -year anniversary of Wiener Neustadt an appearance with symphonic orchestra. There he presented the then-current songs on the album Night Flight in a new guise. 14 years later this scene on the DVD Symphonic published.

After the release of the album Falco was the first time in six years on a European tour. The highlight of the tour was the performance at the Danube Island Festival, in which it started to rain during the concert and the song Night Flight struck lightning.

In the video about Titanic the chorus is in English, on the single in German. This is because Falco tried to do it with this song back to America.
