Namtumbo District

Namtumbo is one of five districts of the Ruvuma Region in Tanzania. In the north it is bounded by the Morogoro Region, to the east by the Tunduru District, on the south by Mozambique and finally to the west by both Songea Urban and Songea Rural by.
The district had 185 131 inhabitants in 2002.
