Nanchuan District

Nanchuan (南川 区; Nanchuan Qu ) is an urban district of southwest China's Chongqing Municipality. In 1999, he counted 642 057 inhabitants.

Jinfoshan National Park

In the south of Nanchuan the mountains Jinfo Shan is (金 佛山), after the Jinfoshan National Park (金 佛山 风景 名胜 区) is named with its famous Ginkgo Forest. Even the birds in the tree ( Cathaya argyrophylla ) grows here.
