Nancy Reno

Nancy Reno ( born December 24, 1965 in Glen Ellyn ) is a former American beach volleyball player.

Career

Reno won the 1992 /93 Open Tournaments in Almería and Rio de Janeiro on the side of Karolyn Kirby. 1995/96 you get six more tournament victories with Holly McPeak. The duo qualified for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and came after defeats against the Australians Cook / Pottharst and the U.S. duo Fontana / Hanley fifth. At the first World Cup in 1997 Reno won with Kirby after losing the semi-final against McPeak and Lisa Arce the bronze medal. In 1998, Reno with Elaine Youngs third place at the Espinho Open. The following year she joined after the tournament victory at the World Cup in Marseille on the side of Linda Hanley in Toronto ( with McPeak ), finishing in 13th place.
