Nardi 750LM

The Nardi 750LM was a sports car prototype, which was developed with Automobili Nardi 1954.

Middle of the 1950s began in the sports car sports the development of racing prototypes at 1- liter engine. A leading role were French manufacturers such as Panhard, German & Bonnet and monopolies that have had success with their special designs, especially in the 24- hour race at Le Mans.

In Italy it was the automobile companies Nardi that this trend took into account. For the Le Mans race in 1954 we developed a small racing car with a 748 cc engine. In the absence of a suitable Italian engine, they decided on an American - Crosley engine.
