Nata de coco

Nata de coco (port. / Span. Coconut for cream ) is a native of the Philippines (fresh ) food. It is made from bacterially fermented coconut juice and reminds her of the nature of gelatin, but is usually al dente. The little flavorful Nata de Coco is flavored in most cases. It is often served in cubes form as an accompaniment to puddings, or used as an ingredient for this. However, it is also used in other desserts, yogurt, and even drinks use.
