Natalie Clein

Natalie Clein ( born March 25, 1977 in Poole) is a British cellist.

Natalie Clein first came to international attention when they call the " BBC Young Musician of the Year " contest won with 16 in 1994 and won the Euro Visions Competition for Young Musicians in Warsaw for themselves.

The young cellist joined, among others since with the London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Gennady Rozhdestvensky, English Chamber Orchestra, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, CBSO, Bournemouth Symphony, Philharmonia Orchestra (Sir Neville Marriner, Paul Daniel ), Royal Scottish National Orchestra (Peter Oundjian ), Hallé Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain under Roger Norrington, California Symphony Orchestra, the London Mozart Players, the BBC Symphony, BBC Scottish Symphony and the Royal Philharmonic on.

She regularly takes part in various chamber music festivals around the world, including in Cheltenham, London, Bath, Oxford, Prussia Cove, Perth (Western Australia ), Vancouver, Divonne (France), Osnabrück, Delft and Verbier. In addition to their regular chamber music partners Julius Drake, Paul Lewis, Itamar Golan and Charles Owen she performed together with Martha Argerich, Malvyn Tan, Imogen Cooper, Stephen Kovacevich, Steven Isserlis, the Jerusalem String Quartet and the Takacs Quartet in appearance.
