Natick is a town in Middlesex County in the east of the state of Massachusetts. It is located 24 km west of Boston in the Greater Boston Area.

The first Christian settlement Naticks (place of the hill ) dates back to the year 1651st During King Philip 's War from 1675 the most native Indians were resettled on a peninsula of Boston Harbor or died of colds. As Natick was officially confirmed in 1781, there were already barely Indians.

Four miles of the traditional Boston Marathon through Natick.

Also located in Natick Natick Soldier RD & the so-called E Center ( NSRDEC ), which mainly operates as a military research center of the U.S. Army in the development of new technologies (mainly in the field of nanotechnology) for soldiers in crisis areas.
