National Assembly (Malawi)

The a single chamber of the National Assembly of Malawi is the official legislative body of the Republic in the unicameral.

The current National Assembly has 194 members, the only directly elected members in constituencies with a simple majority (or the first- past-the -post system) can be selected and serve for a five year term or legislature.

The building of the Parliament is located in the capital, Lilongwe.
