National List

Reschima mamlachtit (Hebrew רשימה ממלכתית, national list ), was a political party in Israel.

History

It was founded in 1969 by David Ben- Gurion. He did this because previously its original Rafi - had gone up in HaMa'arach - against his wishes. The party Reschima mamlachtit is predecessor of today's Likud, Israel's largest right party. A reform of the party took place in the elections in 1977, after Hurvitz, and Yitzhak Peretz Shoval Likud left to Rafi - National List to start on 26 January 1981. However, the party had only a short existence. Hurvitz 1983 left the party Telem to re Rafi - to set up National List, which he later renamed Ometz.
