National Oil Corporation

National Oil Corporation ( NOC) is a Libyan state-owned company with headquarters in Tripoli. The company was founded in 1970. From the NOC subsidiary of the company Waha Oil Company ( WOC ) is the largest oil companies, followed by Arabian Gulf Oil Company ( AGOCO ), Zuetina Oil Company ( ZOC ), and Sirte Oil Company (SOC ).

The National Oil Corporation produced more than three-quarters of the 1.6 million barrels of crude oil a day Libya (February 2011).
