National Palace (Haiti)

The National Palace or the Presidential Palace ( Palais French national, Palais presidentiel ) in Port -au -Prince was the seat of the Head of State of Haiti.

It was a four -bladed system with a central section and two courtyards. The architect of the building was designed in 1912 Georges H. Baussan ( 1874-1958 ). The earthquake in Haiti on 12 January 2010, the upper floors collapsed into itself. For a reconstruction of the building France has offered his help.
