Natural (Band)
Natural was an American boy band that existed in their most successful times of Ben Bledsoe, Josh Horn, Michael Wayne Johnson, Patrick King and Marc Terenzi.

History
The original band Natural was founded in 1999, after Marc Terenzi and Patrick King met at a party. Terenzi took his friend Ben Bledsoe with the band, Patrick King his friend Michael Johnson. After several temporary members was finally Josh Horn, the solid fifth member of the band. After the five had tried in vain to get a record deal, they were discovered during an appearance by Lou Pearlman. He took them under contract and brought them to Germany. When they were successful there was Lou Pearlman believes he got the new * NSYNC before and flew with them back to the U.S.. There the desired success, however, failed to materialize. The single Put Your Arms Around Me ( by the same writer as Genie in A Bottle - Christina Aguilera ) did not make it despite cooperation with the retail chain Claire's on the Billboard Hot 100 Claire's " gave away " the CD with a purchase value of $ 12. Pearlman decided, therefore, with the boys to go back to Germany, where finally the first album Keep It Natural has been published. It included 13 songs, 3 of cover songs and only one, Paradise, which was composed by the band itself. The singles and the album sold quite well in Germany. There were tours and a second album It's Only Natural, which was more rock and composed for the most part by the band members, followed. In summer 2004, then the problems started. The last singles like Let Me Just Fly only reached the Top 30 and thus remained far behind the expectations Pearlmans. Your biggest success so far achieved the band on the side of Sarah Connor. The jointly recorded single Just One Last Dance in 2004 reached No. 1 on the German single charts in March.
Separation
Marc Terenzi met in the summer of 2002, Sarah Connor know and met them in spite of a ban by Lou Pearlman. Pearlman had different rules for members of Natural placed:
- No piercings or tattoos.
- They were also asked in live performance playback singing and playing, although they were quite capable of playing their instruments.
In June 2003 it was announced that Sarah Connor is pregnant and she and Marc Terenzi were engaged. Pearlman wanted, therefore, that Terenzi leaves the band. The other members wanted without him but not go on, so they parted. The official reason given was that all members want to pursue from now on new targets. Sarah Connor himself, the rumors that she should have on the separation guilt back. The band said goodbye to their fans with a tour of Germany, but at this, Michael 'J' Horn not participate because he had already committed themselves to a new arrangement. The band was, however, supported by a friend, Mike Costuguay, who had already written songs with the band.
The "new" Natural
In November 2004 it was announced that Lou Pearlman had not yet finished with Natural. He formed from Patrick King and four other members of a "new " band, the music changed her style to rock or "fake punk ". The first album of the new formation was planned for January 2006. However, this formation could not even look at the little success that had the originals in the States build. In 2006, she finally called in to " Well Worn Zero".
Separate ways
- Ben Bledsoe started in 2005 a solo career and released his solo album Insomniac 's Guide to a Lonely Heart, for which he wrote much of the music and lyrics, as well as his Christmas single Memories Melt the Snow. He also founded his own record label and publishing at the same time " 44th floor Records ". In autumn 2006, the singer moved from Orlando, Florida, to Los Angeles, California. In the meantime, however, Bledsoe returns every year for some shows back to Germany.
- Marc Terenzi married Sarah Connor in March 2004 shortly after the birth of her first son, Tyler. The family was seen in their own reality show called Sarah & Marc in Love. Terenzi released his CD Awesome, which was written for the most part of it. The single, Love to Be Loved By You reached the top 10 in the German charts. Meanwhile Terenzi is a father of two, his daughter came in the summer of 2006 at the world. He lived with his family in Wildeshausen Delmenhorst ( Germany ). In October 2007, he organized the Europa-Park Rust for the first time " Terenzi Horror Nights ". These were held regularly every weekend in October and were continued in the following years. In the summer of 2008 was " Sarah & Marc Crazy in Love" on ProSieben. This time could be seen as both Marc and Sarah were working on a new album. The single Billie Jean, the Terenzi coverte of Michael Jackson, is the first single from the new album Black Roses. The end of October it was announced that the pair Connor Terenzi has disconnected. The divorce was completed in March 2010.
- Michael 'J' Horn married his girlfriend Olivia. Today they live in Winter Park, Florida. At the moment there horn music lessons, attended college, worked for the Orlando Ballet, and has performed in various plays and musicals.
- Patrick King was also a member of a new line of Natural, however, before he published with singer Stephanie D. the single Everytime It's Christmas. In April 2006, the "new" Natural were fired from their label, Transcontinental Records. Recently it was claimed that they have changed their style to indie rock. However, the success did not come. Two of the members formed a new band called The Redfelts.
- Michael Wayne Johnson lives since May 2006, together with former band member Ben Bledsoe in Los Angeles, California, and played there for several bands drums. In 2008 he returned to Germany to Marc Terenzi in the band Terenzi project to support as a drummer.
