Naval (Biliran)

Naval is a town in the Philippine province of Biliran.

Naval is the seat of the provincial government of the province of Biliran and the seat of the Diocese of Naval. The municipality includes the island Higatangan, the crossing takes about 45 minutes The former president Ferdinand Marcos is said to have lived in it during the Second World War.
