Navesti River

The river Navesti (Estonian Navesti Jõgi ) is a river in Estonia. It flows through the districts of Järva, Viljandi and Pärnu.

The Navesti River originates in the mittelestnischen sink. He is one of the most water-rich tributary of Pärnu.

The Navesti River is 100 km long. Its catchment area is about 3000 km ². He puts back a slope of 60.2 m.

It is known the Navesti River for its abundance of trout, pike, roach, hazel, chub and other fish species.

Rights inflows are Saarjõgi, Retla Jõgi and Räpu Jõgi. Left tributaries are Halliste Jõgi and Räsna oja.
