Ndlambe is a municipality in the district Cacadu, Eastern Cape Province in South Africa. Covering an area of 1,841 km ² live 53 604 inhabitants ( 2001). The administrative center is Port Alfred.
The municipality is named after the highest chief of the Xhosa, who inhabited the present-day municipality. He was king from 1782 to 1796.
