Nebraska State Capitol
The Nebraska State Capitol is a parliament building in Lincoln ( Nebraska). It is the seat of the legislature of the U.S. state of Nebraska and other government agencies. It was built 1922-1932 after plans of U.S. architect Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue.
As with earlier buildings Goodhue served also in the design of the Capitol neo-Gothic elements. In the center of the building complex he created a 122 -meter-high tower, which concludes with a golden dome.
On January 7, 1976, the Nebraska State Capitol was recognized as a National Historic Landmark.
