Neca (footballer)

João Alexandre Duarte Ferreira Fernandes, called Neca, ( born December 31, 1979 in Lisbon, Portugal ) is a Portuguese football player.

Career

Neca played in the youth department of Belenenses Lisbon. Neca was 18 years old, when he was cast for the first time for Belenenses Lisbon at the Portuguese soccer championship. After 8 years left Neca Belenenses and moved to Vitória Guimarães. There Neca played only one season. He changed free transfer to Marítimo Funchal, due to a few uses left Neca after only half a season Marítimo Funchal.

In the second half of the 2007/08 season, the Portuguese moved to the Turkish league to Konyaspor. As in the case Marítimo Funchal Neca remained only half a season and moved on to league rivals Ankaraspor. During the winter break of the season 2009/2010 he moved back to Portugal and indeed to Vitória Setúbal.

In the season 2012/13 he returned to Turkey and agreed with his former club, the current second division Torku Konyaspor.
