Ned Miller

Ned Miller ( born April 12, 1925 as Henry Ned Miller in Raines, Utah ) is an American country music singer and songwriter.

Life

Ned Miller grew up in Raines on in the state of Utah. At the age of 16, he began to compose country songs. In 1962, Miller composed the song From a Jack to a King, reaching the single Place 6 on the U.S. charts; The song has been covered, inter alia, by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ben Steneker, Bobby Darin, Ricky Van Shelton, Jim Reeves, Del Shannon and Pat Boone. 1970 Miller finished his career with the composition Lover 's Song and settled first in Prescott, later in Las Vegas down.
