Nederland 2

Nederland 2 is a Dutch television station. Nederland 2 is the second national television program of the Nederlandse Publieke Omroeps. The TV station is based in Hilversum.

Full service operation of Nederland 2 was recorded in October 1964 after previously aired a test pattern to adjust the televisions. They sent over analog antenna exclusively in the UHF range, so the range was less than in Nederland 1 Since the changeover to digital terrestrial television, however, the range has changed. About one satellite transmits encrypted.

1990 Nederland 2 was renamed TV2, was given in 2000 but again its old name. Since 4 September 2006, the station has its current profile as a " deepening " transmitter.

Nederland 2 is to receive in a few parts of North Rhine -Westphalia and analog cable television network in the Unity Media channel S 10. Nederland 1 and 2 must also be received digitally in North Rhine -Westphalia in the cable television network NetCologne, and additionally also analogous in NetAachen.
