Nedre Elvehavn

Nedre Elvehavn is a district of the Norwegian city of Trondheim.

It originated in the mid- 1980s on the site of the former shipyard Trondheim Mekaniske Verksted and neighboring shipyard and warehouses at the mouth of the River Nidelv. In addition to modern buildings dominate renovated red brick buildings of the former shipyard this district. It emerged both residential and office space, as well as a shopping center and a promenade with restaurants and cafes.
