Neferkare, ninth dynasty

Neferkare III. was an ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the 9th dynasty ( First Intermediate Period ).

After the Royal Canon of Turin, he was the third ruler of the 9th dynasty ( 4.20).

Maybe he was the Neferkare, is mentioned in the inscription of nomarchs Anch - tifi of Moalla. However, this interpretation is controversial in Egyptology.
