Neil Alexander

Neil Alexander (born 10 March 1978 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a Scottish football goalkeeper, who plays for Crystal Palace since the summer of 2013.

Club career

Alexander began his career at FC Stenhousemuir. He then moved in 1998 to FC Livingston, with whom he promoted to the Scottish Premier League abolished in 2001.

In May 2001, Alexander went to Cardiff City for a fee of 200,000 pounds and stood there in six years, more than 200 times on the field.

Achievements

With the Glasgow Rangers Alexander managed the 2008 entry into the UEFA Cup final, but which was lost 0-2 against Zenit St. Petersburg. In the final, Alexander played for the injured goalkeeper Allan McGregor.
