Neil Shubin ( born December 22, 1960) is an American paleontologist.

Shubin is Professor of organic biology and anatomy at the University of Chicago and co-discoverer of Tiktaalik. Shubin was for the documentary Judgment Day: Intelligent Design on Trial interviewed.
