Neil Stubenhaus

Neil Stubenhaus ( born July 18, 1953) is an American musician.

His musical career began as a drummer at age 12 he decided to become bass guitarist. He studied at the Berklee College of Music. He finished his studies in 1975. After several guest appearances followed with already known or distinguished musicians such as Vinnie Colaiuta and John JR Robinson.

Around 1977, he hired at Blood, Sweat & Tears and worked with David Clayton -Thomas at the first solo album. His breakthrough came in 1978 when he toured with Larry Carlton.

Since 1979, he is one of the most successful bass guitarist. On more than 600 albums are represented, of which about 70 were nominated for a Grammy. At 20 songs, which won a Grammy, he was involved.
