Neil Winter

Neil Stephen Winter ( born March 21, 1974 in Chippenham ) is a former British pole vaulter.

In 1994, he won the starting for Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria.

At the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996, he left in qualifying.

He was British Champion, 1990, 1993 and 1996 Welsh Champion in 1993.
