Nekressi (Georgian ნეკრესი; nɛkrɛsɪ ) is a historic Georgian town and a Georgian Orthodox monastery in the region of Kakheti, Qwarlis Munizipaliteti. It is located east of Telavi in the vicinity of the village Schilda. The city was founded in the 2nd or 1st century BC by the Iberian king Parnadschomi.
