Nema Kunku ( variant names: Sare Mawndeh [ old name ] ) is a village in the West African nation of Gambia.

According to a calculation for 2013 there live about 36.134 inhabitants, the result of the last published census in 1993 was 1208.

Geography

The place is located south of the River Gambia. Nema Kunku is located in the West Coast region, district, Kombo North, and lies west of Wellingara on the road to Sukuta. It is therefore at the southern edge of the Kombo-St. Mary Area.
