Anderson Luiz de Carvalho, better known as Nene (born 19 July 1981 in Jundiaí, São Paulo) is a Spanish- Brazilian footballer who currently plays for the Sports Club Al- Gharafa. The left foot is known both for his dribbling skills as well as dangerous free kicks.

Career

In the club

His professional career began in 1999 at the Nene Brazilian club Paulista FC from the city of Jundiaí ( State of São Paulo). Previously, he spent a year in Portugal in the youth academy of Sporting Lisbon. In 2001, he joined the Palmeiras São Paulo, where he - mostly as a substitute - and scored five goals in 24 league games.
