The Office Nennhausen is a 1992 formed Office in Brandenburg, in the first 16 municipalities in the former county Rathenow (now Havelland, Brandenburg ) were combined into an administrative group. Through municipal mergers and incorporations, the number of municipalities decreased, so that the Office Nennhausen currently has four official belonging to communities.

Geographical location

The Office Nennhausen is located in the southern part of the Havel country in Brandenburg ( Germany ), bordering the city of Rathenow in the west, to the north by the Office Rhinow and to the Office Friesack, to the city of Nauen in the east, and to the district of Potsdam - agent Mark in south. It is in the nature park Westhavelland and is the heart of the Trapp reserve of the rare great bustard.

The municipalities with its districts

The Office Nennhausen is currently divided into four municipalities:

  • Sucks with the districts sucks, Kriele and Landin and the living space Rhinsmühlen.
  • Maerkisch Luch with the districts Barnewitz, Buschow, Garlitz and Möthlow as well as the living quarters Buschow colony Kieck and Linde.
  • Nennhausen with the districts Bamme Buckow, Damme, Gräningen, Liepe and Mützlitz as well as the living quarters Bammer expansion, Gräningen expansion, Nennhof, Spolierenberg, forest house Krüger Horst, Lieper mill and Luchhof.
  • Stechow - Ferchesar with the districts Stechow and Ferchesar as well as the living quarters Lochow and Tegeland.

History

On 30 June 1992 the Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg gave its approval for the formation of the Office Nennhausen. As the time of conclusion of the Office July 3, 1992 has been set. The office was located in the municipality Nennhausen and consisted of 16 municipalities of the former district Rathenow

In the course of municipal reform in Brandenburg municipalities Bamme Gräningen and Mützlitz were incorporated on 26 October 2003 in the town Nennhausen, and the communities Kotzen, Kriele and Landin were merged to form the new municipality of puke. The Office currently has four official communities belonging to 15 districts, which have now between about 620 and about 2100 inhabitants.

The term of office of Angelika Thielicke ends after eight years on 31 December 2013., The Official Board of the Office Nennhausen has on March 22, 2013 unanimously decided not to publish the post and seek re-election. Final may also be chosen but only in the second half of the year.
