Neoga is a town in Cumberland County in the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2000 Neoga had 1,854 inhabitants.
Neoga, whose name comes from the language of the Kickapoo and deer means, was founded in 1856.
Geography
Neoga is located at 39 ° 19'18 " north latitude and 88 ° 27'08 " west longitude. The city covers an area of 3.5 km ², which consists exclusively of land area.
