Neutra Office Building

The Neutra Office Building is one of the Austrian architect Richard Neutra (1892-1970) designed residential and office building in Los Angeles, California.

The building of Classical Modernism was built in 1950 at Glendale Boulevard. Involved in the building was Neutra's son Dion Neutra. The two-storey building has a floor area of 450 m². It has two residential units, two conference rooms and reception areas. The equipment from the 1950s has been preserved.

In a studio Neutra led his architectural office until his death in 1970. Dion Neutra took over the house and used it up in the 1990s as an architectural office.

The Neutra Office Building is since 2000 on the monument list of Los Angeles and was added to the National Register of Historic Places ( NRHP) on 8 March 2004. Dion Neutra 2006 offered the building for $ 3.5 million for sale.
