New Braunfels ( German New Braunfels, New Braunfels or Neubraunfels ) is a well-founded by German immigrants in Texas City, United States. In 2010 the city population amounted to 57 740 people, spread over 76.1 km ². The city is the administrative seat of Comal County. The current mayor is Bruce Boyer.

History
