New creation (theology)
The new creature ( gr καινὴ κτίσις, Latin nova creatura ) or the new creation is a term from the letters of the Apostle Paul:
According to Paul Tillich Paul used the term "new creature " for the idea of the New Being needed. Maarten de Jong says, however, " The Pauline text reads literally, if anyone is in Christ, ( He is ) a new creation '. For Paul, the Christ and Jesus of Nazareth are one and the same person. He speaks only of Him: Jesus Christ is the one New Creation ', no one else. " For Karl Barth " This creature is grateful. In it she knows God and in this it is even new creature: . They will be grateful "
